• User-Generated Content & Scripts: Any custom scripts, indicators, automated strategies, or community posts shared by users within the platform are the sole responsibility of their authors. BacktestX does not endorse, verify the profitability, or guarantee the safety of any user-submitted content.
• Proprietary Trading Firms: If you are using BacktestX to prepare for proprietary trading firm evaluations, please note that passing a simulated challenge on our platform does not guarantee success with a third-party prop firm. Their execution rules, slippage conditions, and spread environments may differ significantly from our engine.
• No Liability: BacktestX, its founders, developers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or missed opportunities arising from the use of our software, data, or educational content.
